Buildable uses the account, parcel query, and report information you provide to operate parcel screening, account access, checkout, and report delivery for supported municipalities.
Address searches, parcel confirmations, generated reports, and account records may be stored so you can revisit results, manage purchases, and continue using the product across sessions.
Buildable stores your agent messages and voice transcripts so the conversation can continue across sessions. In voice mode, live microphone audio is sent to OpenAI to provide transcription and speech responses; Buildable does not store the raw microphone audio.
To answer parcel questions, Buildable sends relevant conversation history and a structured projection of the selected deterministic parcel analysis to OpenAI. AI responses can be wrong, so the underlying parcel analysis, official sources, and qualified professional review remain authoritative.
Payment processing is handled through the providers configured for the app. You should avoid submitting information you do not want included in your account or report history.
